After a long and courageous battle with cancer, Tony passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at the age of 69 years, surrounded by his loved ones. Son of the late Wladyslaw Bohurat and the late Zofia Fogiel, he was the loving spouse of Joyce Bohurat and loving father of Alexander Bohurat (Johanna). Dear brother of Mariola Brennan (Thomas).
The family wishes to thank the Great Lakes Hospice staff for their support and compassion.
Tony is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Monday, May 8 at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. Brian Lenz officiating. Interment to follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, May 7 from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
Instead of sending flowers, a donation to Lumen Christi Catholic School or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
