Winnie Whitman
of Jackson, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2014 at the age of 91 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard Whitman; her son, Russell Whitman and her son-in-law, Bob Wood. Winnie is survived by six children, Daniel Whitman, Peter (Heather) Whitman, Denise Wood, Ginny (David) Kote, John (Linda) Whitman and Dennis Whitman; seven grandchildren, Wesley Whitman, Jennifer Wood, Chris Williams, Heather Williams, Jessica Currier, Leonard Whitman and Tommy Whitman; three great grandchildren, Mason Wireman, Tyler Wireman and Eliyah Wireman. Winnie loved bingo and spending time with people.
According to her wishes, Mrs. Whitman has been cremated. There will be no visitation or service.
The family would like to express their appreciation to all the great people at Faith Haven Senior Care Centre for the exceptional care given to Winnie.
