Bill Madigan of Jackson, MI passed away with his loved ones by his side, December 28, 2013 at the age of 73. He is survived by his mother Mildred, sister Patricia Van Bonn, and brothers Dennis and Kerry. He is also survived by his sons Brent (Kimberly), Bryan (Lara), Bruce, and his grandchildren who meant so much to him; Ian, Nathan, Molly, Sean and Sara. Bill was preceded in death by his father William and his brother Michael.

Bill was born in Hastings, MI and raised in Northville, MI. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Army from 1960-1966. Bill retired from The Country Club of Jackson after 36 years of service as the Golf Course Superintendent and was an active member of the GCSAA. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, the time spent at his home on S. Lake LeAnn and family cabin in Cedarville, MI. Bill enjoyed time spent with friends and was always there to lend a hand.

A visitation to celebrate Bill's life will be held at Desnoyer Funeral Home in Jackson, MI on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 2-6 PM with the American Legion Ritual Team Honors at 5:45 PM. A funeral mass will be held at Our Lady of Victory Church in Northville, MI on Saturday, January 18 at 10:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Michigan Audubon Society.
