Fought, William D. "Willy"

Of Jackson passed away at home under the loving care of his family and the staff at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice on Monday, September 17, 2018 age 68 years. He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer (Bryan) Knoll and Jessica (Bryan) Croom, four grandchildren; William, Carly, Luke and Margaret, former wife but still a good friend Kathy Fought along with several other good friends especially Len Heath. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Margaret and his brother David.

Willy was a United States Navy Veteran and was a Certified Public Accountant in the Jackson Area for many years. He was an avid Michigan State Fan, enjoyed golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Fought is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Fr. James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM.
