POLEWKA, (GAJEWSKI), WANDA B.

Of Jackson Passed away very peacefully on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 age 89 years under the compassionate care of the Jackson County Medical Care Facility (Unit 4) with her family present. She was preceded in death by her husband Mitchell and five siblings. Wanda was a proud and devoted mother to William Polewka, David Polewka, Barb (Bob) Parsons and Patricia Carroll. She had eleven grandkids, seven great grandkids and one great-great grand baby making Wanda the matriarch of five generations. She truly enjoyed her years a bus driver for Jackson Public Schools. She was a devout Catholic belonging to St. Joseph and St. John Parishes. Wanda was an amazing mother, grandmother and friend. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by her family and all that knew her. According to her wishes, Wanda has been cremated. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. The Rev. James Shaver officiating.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Tuesday from 10 AM to 11 AM.
