Timothy James Wilson

Born in Grand Rapids on April 7, 1964, died of liver failure in Jackson on October 12, 2024.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Thomas R. Wilson, of Jackson, and Judy Wilson, née Hagerman, of Grayling. He is survived by stepmother Sharon Wilson, brother Thomas D. Wilson, ex-wife Barbara (David) Siegrist, sons Kennedy and Daniel Wilson, all of Jackson.

Tim grew up in Jackson. He was co-Class President of the last class to graduate Parkside High School in 1982.  He graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Michigan in 1986.  He was a realtor for several years before receiving his Juris Doctor Degree from Thomas M Cooley Law School in 1998 whereupon he began the practice of law.

Tim's hobbies included reading, riding his bike, taking nature walks with his sons and listening to Rock and Roll music, particularly The Rolling Stones.  Tim was intelligent, handsome, charming and fun-loving. Everyone will miss the man they used to know.

Tim has been cremated. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Saint Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church with the Funeral Mass being offered at 10:00 AM. The Burial will take place on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at 1:00 PM at St. John Catholic Cemetery in Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church or Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home.
