Hunt, Timothy J.
of Jackson, passed away at his home on Sunday, August 15, 2010 at the age of 51 years. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Patricia (Lefere) Hunt; Three children; Joshua Hunt, Jamie Hunt and Jordan Hunt; one grandson; Ty Axon; parents; Harold and Joanne Hunt; four brother; Stephen (Lisa) Hunt, Thomas (Jeanmarie) Hunt, Philip (Ann) Hunt and Jeffrey (Kimberly) Hunt; four sisters Sharon (Ronald) Mitchell, Christine (David) Fitzgerald, Mary (Jack) Nye and Amy (Jeffrey) Kaiser. Preceed in death by his sister Paula Lefere and father -in- law Albert Lefere . Also survived by his mother-in-law Sophie Lefere; brothers and sisters -in- laws; numerous, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends. He was a member of the National Guard. Tim was an avid golfer and a "Jack of all trades" loving the outdoors, camping and most of all his family.

Timothy is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2–4 and 6–8 PM. A Rosary Service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 6 PM.

A brief Prayer Service will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday at 9:30 AM followed by Mass of the Christian Burial at St. Mary Star Of The Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Reverend Cecilio Reyna will be the celebrant at the Mass. Cremation to follow the Mass.
