Theresa M. Mayo (Pack)
of Jackson, passed away at her home under the loving care of her family on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the age of 55 years. She is survived by her husband, Merlin L.; two daughters, Corrin (Kevin West) Mayo and Trisha Mayo; one grandson, Milo James Mayo; brother, Ben (Nancy) Pack; sister, Beth (Jose) Lora; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin and Alma Pack.

Theresa attended St. John's Elementary School, graduated from Jackson High School in 1981 and then attended Jackson Community College. She was Medical Records Coordinator at Heartland for 36 years. She enjoyed college football and vacationing with her family.

Theresa is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, September 27 at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father James Shaver as the Celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 26 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:30 PM.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. John's Elementary School in memory of Theresa.
