Crowley (Lefere) Suzanne Marie

age 77, of Jackson, passed away under the loving care of her family on Sunday, October 15, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John W., children Danny, Kathy (Jeff) Foster, Bill, Mary Jo (Jon Sutliff), Susie (Keith Halford), Carolyn (Jeff) Graydon, Tim (Melissa) Crowley; grandchildren Courtney, Morgan (Sean Hnilicka), Megan, Coley, Mallory, Mackenna, Kate, Timmy, Ryan, Kellen, Johnny; step-grandchildren, Lucas (Megan), Mark (Marissa) Foster; step great-grandchildren, Maddie and Mack; brothers, Al (Judy), Tom (Anne) Lefere; sisters, Carole (Bill) Cavanaugh, Francie (Pat) Richardson. Brothers-in-law, Pat (Joan), Denny, Mike, Tom (Peggy) Crowley; her closest friend, Joyce Moore and special cousins, Jan Kalahar and Carol LaMarre; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert V. and Frances H. (Perkins) Lefere, sisters-in-law, Jill Shehan, Mary Crowley.

Sue was a 1958 graduate of St. John's High School, retired from Consumer's Energy, and worked in the cafeteria at Queen's School. Sue enjoyed attending all of her grandchildren's events and extracurricular activities. She enjoyed traveling to Northport, MI with all of her children and grandchildren in the summers. Sue was a lifelong parishioner of Queen of the Miraculous Medal Church.

Sue is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 18 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church on Thursday, October 19 at 1:00 PM with Father Timothy MacDonald as the Celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
