Steven M. Katz
of Jackson, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2013, at home with his family by his side, after a brief illness. He is survived by his wife, Connie; brother, Doug (Patty) Katz of Minnesota; step-father, Bob Adams of Parma; several nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry.
Steve was a tool and die maker by trade and worked at Kelsey-Hayes (TRW) for 29 years. He retired as Global Prototype Manager for ABS Systems in 2007. Steve was an avid boater and was happiest when on the water enjoying a beautiful, sunny day. Steve's wishes were for cremation.
A celebration of Steve's life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
