age 64 of Jackson MI passed away at his home on Monday, January 21, 2013 after a short, courageous battle with cancer, under the loving care of his family and Allegiance Hospice of Jackson. His is survived by his wife of 44 years Connie "Louise", two children Tracie (Kenton) and Todd (Angie), and three grandchildren, Ty, Tori and Jacob. One great grandchild, Peyton and five step-grandchildren, Shelbie, Andrew, Mackenzie, Nicholas and Kylie and several nieces and nephews one brother Ronald (Mary) and sister-in-law, Chrissy. He is preceded in death by his parents Duane and Geraldine, two brothers, Gary and Carl (Gerry).

Steve is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a celebration of his life will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Mark Roark officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 2–4 and 6–8 PM.
