Stella Ann Pacyna (Aunt Stella)
passed away at Faith Haven Care Center on March 11, 2014, at the age of 94. Three generations of nieces were at her bedside, Mary Ann (Les) Shearer, Carol (Brandon) Williams and Alexis Williams. She is survived by her sister, Julia Ann Smith and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Barbara, brothers, John, Walter, Joseph and Frank, and sisters, Sophie, Lottie, Rosie, Stasia and Anna.
Stella was a gentle woman who loved unconditionally, gave her love generously, and made everyone she met feel important. She never disliked anyone. She began working at age 10 to help support her younger siblings and continued working until the age of 81. She was employed by Wooster Farm, Spartan Electronics, Jacobson's and BZB Café.
A heartful thank you to her caregivers at Faith Heaven Care Center.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Desnoyer Funeral home on Friday, March 14 at 3:00 PM. Father Robert Pienta will be officiating.
