CHMIELEWSKI, SOPHIA S.
Born April 28, 1921 passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 21, 2011. Preceded in death by her husband Edward, Son-in-law John Lincoln and sisters, Lottie and Valerie. Survived by her daughters Marcia Lincoln and Sandra (Jerry) Rhody, her son Terry Chmielewski, special sister-in-law Catherine Juszczyk, brothers Frank (Viv) Walewski and Karl (Margie) Walewski. Also survived by eleven grand children and several great grand children. According to her wishes Mrs. Chmielewski has been cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the staff at Faith Haven Senior Care Center for the wonderful care that they provided.
