Watson-Behrman, Sharon A.

of Jackson, passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the age of 84 years. She was born on April 10, 1934 to Roy and Nellie Hogle (Swift). She is survived by her husband, Stan Behrman; children, Phillip (Annette) Watson, Patrick Watson (Judy Rowe), Craig (Cecelia) Watson, and Karla Deter (Michael); grandchildren; Jourdan Watson, Kaitlyn Watson, Joshua Brown, Cassandra Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Olivia Deter, and Harry Deter; great grandchildren, Wyatt Howell, Colton Brown, Timothy Brown, Hunter Brown, Alexis Brown, and Tyson Warren; step-daughter and special caregiver, Mary Kandell (Jim); Peggy Reeves; step-son, John (Diane) Behrman; and grandchildren, Michael Brown, Jimmy Kandell, Alesia Shuman, Tara Tase, and Andrew Kandell. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Ralph Watson; and siblings, Alvin Hogle, Charles Hogle, Paul Hogle, and Kay Hogle.

Sharon married Ralph Watson on July 5, 1958 who preceded her in death. She graduated from St. John High School in 1952 and graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in 1955, the St. Lawrence Unit in Jackson. She married Stan Behrman on August 18, 1995. Sharon loved her faith, family, traveling, gardening, baking, shopping, swimming, biking, and taking care of others. She was a devout parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Sharon is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Fr. James Shaver will be the Celebrant.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 15 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:30 PM.

The family suggests that, instead of sending flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
