DIFFENDERFER (BRISTOW), SHARON
63 years old, of Hanover went to be with the Lord after a ten month battle with cancer on June 17th 2013 while at home in the care of her loving family. Her parents George and Eleanor Bristow preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving husband Dennis Diffenderfer, sons Ian (Kari) Diffenderfer and Shawn (Chelsea) Diffenderfer, sister Shirley Zigler, nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws.
She was a private person who loved her family and sacrificed much for them. She enjoyed gardening, blue birds, hummingbirds, planning, designing and home improvements. She will be deeply missed by all. In life, Sharon taught us all how to live every day with dignity and grace and in the end, she taught us all how to die the same way.
Per Sharon's wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Donations can be made in her honor to the American Cancer Society.
