Of Jackson, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the age of 74 years.  She is survived by her two sons, Matthew Clay Shaw and John James Shaw and her seven grandchildren, Anthony Jones, Brandon Shaw, Hannahh Shaw, Payton Shaw, Chloe Grace Wortman, Kinsley Kaye Shaw, and Kaeleigh Jane Shaw.  She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Loma Lou Baker.

Sandra graduated from Western Michigan University with a Master's Degree.  She worked for Mercy Hospital and retired from the State of Michigan Family Independence Agency after 32 years of service.  She owned and ran Shaw & Associates for many years.  Sandra loved spending time with her grandchildren, going to the casino, and golfing.  She was an avid Detroit Lions and MSU fan, especially men and women's basketball.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Sandra's Life will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 12:00 Noon with Pastor Chad Parmalee officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 17 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
