Price, Roy E.

of Jackson, passed away at his home under the loving care of his family on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the age of 73 years. He is survived by one son, Roy E. (Tonia) Price II; one daughter, Peggy Sue Brown; three stepchildren; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Sherman (Gladys) Price, Daniel Price, and George Price Jr.; three sisters, Helen Steele, Sue Roberts, and Judy (John) Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Thelma Price; sister, Wanda (Jim) Dennis.

Roy enjoyed all types of crafts, watching movies, playing cards, and shooting pool but especially enjoyed time with his family. His family was everything to him.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. Inurnment will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Roy's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
