Williams, Rose Marie
Age 84, of Jackson, passed away in the company of her loving family on Saturday, September 4, 2021. She was born in Jackson, September 26, 1936 to George and Marie Kramer, who predeceased her in death. She was also predeceased by her brothers Howard Kramer (Alice) and George Kramer, Jr., her sisters Bernadette Lindley (Melvin) and Loretta Cobb (Richard), her son Michael R. Forner, and grandson Michael Williams. Rose is survived by her beloved husband Richard B. Williams, sons Robert Forner (Sherry), William Forner (Mary Jo), daughter Karen Weed (John), stepchildren Richard Williams (Linda), Liz Baker, David Williams (Linda), Joseph Williams (Joan), Lorie Williams, Judy Stein (Rick), grandchildren Craig Forner, Tyler Forner. Justin Forner, Amanda Forner, Jason Weed, Steven Weed, Amber Johnson, Steven Williams (Katie), Mollie Sarotte (Michael), Katherine Williams, Kelly Williams, Joseph Williams (Ashley), Nikki Williams, Justin Williams, Vannessa Brooks (Darnell), Trent Johnson, Alicia Thorlund (Eric), and Trey Stein, great grandchildren, Kelsey Forner, Cole Forner, Madison Weed, Evadene Weed, Bryce Johnson, Brocke Johnson, Brayden Williams, Maya S. Sarotte, Cohen Williams, Teagan Williams, Jordyn Thomas, Neveah Brooks, Logan Thorlund, Emma Thorlund, Adrianna Johnson, Wade Johnson, sister Jeanne Yeiter, and several special nieces and nephews.
Rose worked as a bookkeeper/office manager at Scott Machine in Jackson from March 2, 1984 to April 6, 2001 when she retired. After retirement Rose enjoyed spending time at her home on Gillett's Lake with her husband Richard and loved being surrounded by family and friends where many special memories where made. Their home was always a favorite place for their family and friends to gather and was always filled with love and laughter.
According to her wishes cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. The Mass will be livestreamed on St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church's Facebook Page.
The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
Instead of sending flowers, contributions to Lumen Christi Catholic School would be appreciated.
