MOSSON, ROSE P.
Of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 28, 2012 three days after her 98th birthday. Survived by three children; Mike E. And Mary Ellen Mosson, Richard and Ruth Ann Mosson, Gloria and Gerry Heeney. 11 grandchildren, numerous great and great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Michael S. Mosson, one grand daughter, one great daughter, seven brothers and three sisters. She was an avid reader.
Mrs. Mosson is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Tuesday at 12:30 PM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 1:00 PM. Interment St. John's Catholic Cemetery. Father Robert Pienta will officiate at the Funeral Mass.
The family would like to thank Matt and Sonja and the staff at Allegiance Health for the wonderful care they provided.
The family will receive friends on Monday from 5 to 8 PM with a Rosary service at 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers contributions to St. John's Church would be appreciated.
