Rodney Noel Anderson

Rodney Noel Anderson, aged 63, of Jackson Michigan passed away unexpectedly on January 12, 2023. He was born on August 12, 1959 to Jerry and Georgia Jean (Keeler) Anderson who preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughter Jahanna (Charles) Sheldon, granddaughter Savanna, and grandsons Ashton, Cashies, and Bryson. Also survived by his brother Greg (Mary) Anderson and niece Andie.

Rod was born in Alma, Michigan and raised in nearby Edmore where he was surrounded by many close aunts, uncles, and cousins who he still loved to visit when he could. He later moved to Jackson to be close with his daughter and grandchildren. Known to many as "Pops", he loved to spend time with his grandkids and tried to never miss an event. Pops held a special place in his heart for AJ and Bella who he also considered his grandchildren. Rod was always up for an adventure with his best friends Rhonda and James Blair. Although he was disabled, Rod was always busy working or tinkering on something. Some of his favorite things included outdoor activities such as camping and fishing. He will be very missed.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
