Of Jackson passed away under the loving care of his family and the staff at the Allegiance Hospice Home on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at the age of 89 years. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Genevieve A. Price, two sons; Ronald (Anne) and Robert C. Price Jr., seven grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother Richard (Peg) Price, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his daughter Catherine Comstock.
Robert was a U.S. Veteran of WWII and retired from Consumers Energy in 1987 at Director of Property Protection. He was a life member of the American Society of Industrial Security and a Certified Protection Professional. After retirement he was an active volunteer at the Dahlem Environmental Education participated in the R.S.V.P. Student Tutoring Program in Jackson. According to his wishes Mr. Price has been cremated. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, friends who wish may make contributions to the Dahlem Center or the Jackson Community Foundation.
