Mr. Laskovich served in the U.S. Navy in World War II and the Korean War and worked at Art Moehn Chevrolet for 40 years. He had 20 years of service as a member of the Blackman Township Board of Trustees, Public Safety Committee, Jackson Area Comprehensive Transportation Study, Downtown Development Authority and Prison Community Liaison Committee. He was also a member and usher at St. John Catholic Church and a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Laskovich is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM with Father James Shaver being the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Allegiance Hospice or St. John Catholic Church.
