Frey, Robert A.
of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the age of 80 years. Bob is survived by one nephew, Gregory Schultz and several cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Amelia and his sister, Rosina. Bob retired from the Jackson Citizen Patriot as a sports writer where he authored the "Out of the Fry Pan" column. He was also a Navy veteran and an avid model train collector.

According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will take place on Thursday, May 16 at 11:00 am at the Desnoyer Funeral Home. Father James Shaver will be officiating at the service. Private interment will take place at Woodland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday, May 16 from 10-11 am. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to St. John Catholic Church.
