peacefully passed to his heavenly reward Monday, April 14, 2014. He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Norma Jean (Braunsdorf) Clark; his mother, Helen M. (Grzesk, Clark) Thiel and his father, Harold Atwood Clark. Bob is survived by his sister, Alyce Joyce Stebbins; his brother, Thomas W. Clark (Robert Burke); his children, Michele E. Russell (Jeff St. John), R. Michael (Cynthia) Clark, David W. (Brenda) Clark, Pegeen E. (Thomas) Fouty, John M, (Gretchen) Clark and Pamela A. (Thomas) Ostrander. Bob also leaves 19 grandchildren, 5 great grand children and many nieces and nephews. A special thanks goes to the staff at Vista Grande Villa's Health Center for their loving care.

Bob was born in Mishawaka, IN and was a life long fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. He was an avid photographer, enjoyed bridge, euchre at Queen's, and loved watching his grandchildren in their sporting events. His work career was computerizing banks and managing their operations at the First National Bank of Kalamazoo then the National Bank of Jackson and Comerica Bank. Bob shared Bible studies and Cursillo with many friends and family. He was a Korean War Veteran, Rotary Club member, Foote/Allegiance Hospital volunteer, Emergency Counseling volunteer and Adjunct Instructor at Jackson Community College.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16 at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Father Timothy MacDonald officiating. Private interment to take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7 PM. The family will also receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service.

Contributions can be made in memory of Bob to Queen of the Miraculous Medal Parish or School, or Lumen Christi High School.
