Of Jackson, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at the age of 90.

Rita graduated from St. John's High School and worked her entire career at Michigan Bell Telephone. After retirement, Rita worked part-time for the City of Jackson.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents Clara and William Frey Sr.; her sister Frances Tobin; and brothers William J., Ernie and Eugene Frey. Rita is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been chosen and a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church with Fr. Tim Nelson officiating. The family will receive friends at the Church, before the Mass, on Friday, September 27 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Stanislaus Church.
