Meyer, Richard A.

of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the age of 95 years. He is survived by his two daughters, JoAnn Rumler and Julie (Lester) Frasier; grandchildren, Robbie, Trisha, Paula, Theresa, and Linda; many great-grandchildren; and special family friend, Liz K. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Meyer; parents, Charles and Irene Meyer; sister, Beverly White; and son-in-law, Pat Rumler.

Richard was a United States Army Veteran who served in WWII. He loved showing his classic '61 Plymouth Fury and spending time with his family.

Mr. Meyer is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Greg Grotbeck officiating. Interment will be held at 3:00 PM at White Pigeon Township Cemetery in White Pigeon.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9:00 to 11:00 AM.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home would be appreciated.
