Raymond F. Rutkowski

of Jackson, passed away on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Shirley; three children, Cindy (Marc) Carlson, Joe (Lori Owens) Skinner, and Julie (Reggie) Rivers; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins; two Godsons, John Dullock and Sean Bedore. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Martha Rutkowski and two sisters, Dorothy Brzezinski and Christine Rutkowski.

Raymond served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Air-Hydraulics after many years of loyal service and was an avid fisherman.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, May 21 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Father James Shaver as the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM.
