Farrand, Phyllis Therese
of Jackson passed away Saturday, October 26, 2013. She is survived by her four children, Eileen (Scott) Kindschy, Sue (Kip) Hager, Nancy (Jim) Findlay, and David (Gail) Farrand; six grandchildren, Liz, Jake, Ann, Jill, Andrew, and Lisa; one brother, Daniel Crowley; and many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Philip D. Farrand.
Phyllis was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Mary's Circle. She enjoyed bowling and golfing. She was a very kind and loving friend, mother, and grandmother whose focus in life was her friends and family.
According to her wishes, Phyllis has been cremated. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at St. John's Catholic Church at 11 AM with Father Robert Pieta officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Church on Wednesday from 10:30 until 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. John's Church would be appreciated.
