Bostwick, Phyllis Irene

Of Jackson, passed away under loving care of her family and the staff of the Jackson County Medical Care on Monday, January 15, 2024 at the age of 91 years.  She is survived by her 7 children, James Jr., Cynthia Bostwick, Andrew Bostwick, Kevin (Shelley) Bostwick, Shelly Bostwick, Todd Bostwick, and Mark (Jackie) Bostwick; 13 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren; and one sister, Barbara Yarbrough.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, James J. Bostwick Sr.

Phyllis was a homemaker and loving mother, good cook, gardener, loved her house plants, and loved to give to everyone that was in need.

Funeral Services for Phyllis will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Desnoyer Funeral Home with Pastor Toby Teague officiating.  Interment will follow at Woodland Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM.
