Vaughn, Patrick Gerald

Age 60, passed away after a long illness at home on Thursday, November 4, 2021 in Ypsilanti, MI. He was born on January 19, 1961 at Mercy Hospital in Jackson, the son of Gerald A. Vaughn and Bonnie K. Bish. Pat was preceded in death by his father. Pat has lived in many places though his life that included, finally, settling in Ypsilanti, MI with his brother Tim and his family.

Pat will be deeply missed by his mother Bonnie; sister Eileen Hicks; brothers Michael Vaughn, Timothy Vaughn, and Kenneth Vaughn; his many nieces and nephews including grand nieces and nephews and many other relatives.

Though out Pat's life, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his nieces and nephews. He was very compassionate and loving to his family and friends. He loved reading, music, biking, fishing and fixing anything mechanical.

Cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church, 1111 Carlton Street, Jackson with Fr. Timothy MacDonald officiating.

The family will receive friends at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. A luncheon will follow the Funeral Mass. Pat will be buried at Woodland Cemetery in Jackson.
