SPEISER (ROBINSON), PATRICIA

Of Jackson, left suddenly to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. She was born in Frankfort, Kentucky to the late D.C. and Eudora M. Robinson along with her late brother, D. C. Robinson. Her country roots brought her to Michigan where she met her husband Bud and soon his Army career took them to Germany for two years, toting a new born baby. They returned to the states and Pat became the youngest manager in Michigan working for Tupperware reaching the highest honors for 20 years, keeping her family riding around in free Ford Stations. She felt a need to work with senior citizens and soon became the County's Outreach Consultant for Senior Services, visiting all the centers with her zest for living life to the fullest for her clients. This position melded into teaching a Learning thru Travel Class at the Career Center showing films and taking small bus trips for older citizens. Before long she and Bud created their calling. They founded The Jackson Trippers Travel Company traveling the world that survived 49 years and no detail was ever overlooked in providing their travelers with an amazing adventure, right down to making sure a restaurant served "real" mashed potatoes. They took great pride in providing a very unique personal travel experience. She and Bud lived a marriage that lasted for 64 years which became a true testament to a young love that persevered.

Pat was a strong, caring, sympathetic woman that had a passion for helping people in any way that she could. One of Her "life teachings" was to keep her children and grand babies aware of the kindness they can share and empathy for anyone. Her vivacious energy was catching and after a phone call with Pat you sure felt better about yourself. She was a true Child of the Lord and is now by his side.

She is survived by her husband, Bud L.; three children, Cinda Lynn (Donn) Roberts "Speiser", Jed E. (Kim) Speiser, and David C. (Carolyn) Speiser; six grandchildren, Kahley, Austin, Kenzy, Cody, Kade and Nathan; and two great granddaughters, Collins and Emmalyn.
