Patricia Lucille—
Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at the age of 75 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Sr.; two brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her children, Ralph Jr. (Myli) Powell, Richard Powell, Elizabeth Powell, Gerard Powell, Rose Oster, Catherine (Robert) Miller, William (Cheryl) Powell, Donald (Denise) Powell, Michael (Leane) Powell, Joan Powell, Cynthia (Dennis) Pier, and Linda Powell; sisters, Helen Schumard and Mary (Ervin) Smith; sister-in-law, Louise Clark; 25 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Patricia was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family. Patricia is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Friday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Mass of the Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery. The Reverend James Shaver will be the celebrant.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. A Rosary Service will be held at the funeral home Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m.
Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Jackson Interfaith Shelter.
