Olney (Clark), Patricia A.

Age 78, passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025 surrounded by her family.  She was born in Jackson, Michigan on March 31, 1946. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Eleanor; grandson, Travis Turk; and great-grandson, Dane Lee Wright.  She is survived by her husband Duane Olney (married March 16, 1968); their four children, Scott (Kelli) Olney, Janet (Olney) Turk, Stephan Olney, and Cathy (Olney) Jessup; grandchildren: Anna, Ruby, Arch, Tyler, Cyril, Stephanie, Niki, Owen, Trisha, Faith, and McKenzie; sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; three siblings, Mary Ambs, Fred (Brenda) Clark; and John Clark; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

When her children were young and as her grandchildren grew up, Patty was a big part of the Wolf Lake Yacht Club and running the committee boat for the sailboat races.  She loved genealogy and discovering where her family came from.  Later in she started working at Frank's Shop Rite in Grass Lake where she dedicated 20 years of service and they became like a second family to her.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.

A private funeral service and interment will be held at St. John Catholic Cemetery.
