Passed away at the age of 57 on Friday November 23rd at Allegiance after a long battle with numerous health conditions. She leaves behind her husband David, children Brent and Amy Jo Horton, stepdaughter Melissa Thornton, six grandchildren Kyle, Isiaih, Bailey, Emma-Leigh, Nalissa, and Hannah-Bella. She is also survived by her Aunt Mary and Uncle Dennis Dick, two sisters Tammy Baldridge and Rose Smith, many nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in law and many other close family and friends. She was preceded in death by her late husband Robert Horton, parents Milo and Sally Miller, grandmother Arlene Sailor, stepson Michael Thornton, sister Arlene Kay Patterson, and brothers Milo and Kelly Miller.

She was a very loving mother and devoted housewife who lived her entire life helping and taking care of the people she loved. We will love and miss her forever.

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday at 12 Noon at the Desnoyer Funeral Home. Private Interment Woodland Cemetery. Norma's cousin, Jim Ed Sprunger will officiate at the funeral service.

The family will receive friends on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral at 12:00 Noon.
