Neelis, Norma Jean

Of Napoleon, passed away under the loving care of her family on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the age of 86 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Robert Lee Neelis.  She is survived by her son, James (Carol); grandchildren, Timothy, Joshua, Anthony, and Emiley; and several great grandchildren.

Norma retired as a bus driver for Jackson Public Schools.

She will rest in peace with her beloved husband, Robert Lee and her two sons, Robert Edward and David Gene at Draper Cemetery.  A private family service will be held at a later date.
