Of Horton, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2016. Preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Charles A. "Chas" Kelley and her grandson, Jason Williams. She is survived by four children; Christine (Edmond) Farhat, Anthony Kelley, Martin (Mary) Kelley, and Amy Kennedy; grandchildren, Kenneth (Sue) Williams, Sean Williams, Keanon Kelley, and Kailey Kelley; two great-grandchildren, Reid Williams and Lacey Williams.

Mrs. Kelley is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 3:00 to 7:00 PM on Sunday, September 25, 2016. A private funeral will be held for the family. A private burial will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

Instead of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a college fund for Norma's two great grandchildren, Reid and Lacey Williams.

Norma was born on September 28, 1928. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, extraordinarily gifted gardener, landscaper and flower arranger. She loved nature and appreciated all its beauty and splendor and enjoyed living on the farm with her dog, Oscar.
