Furgason, Nancy Jo

of Jackson, passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the age of 73 years. She is survived by her son, John (Lesley) Furgason; two grandchildren, Rachel and Logan Furgason; great-grandson, Sawyer Furgason; and two nieces, Tara Brown and Sandy Huffine. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Nadine Skora and her sister, Sandy K. Smith.

Nancy retired from the Jiffy Mix Corporation after 33 years of service. She loved her family, friends, and enjoyed her pets!

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Reverend Father Richard Eberle O.S.F.S officiating. Interment will be held at Maxon Cemetery at 2:00 PM.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 30 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM. The family will also receive friends at the Church on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:00 AM.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions to St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church would be appreciated.
