Booth (Putra), Monica S.

of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at the age of 65 years. She is survived by her husband, Dave; three children, Tony (Kelley) Yeo, Andy (Shelly) Yeo, and Tina (Roger) Yeo-Lindsay; two step-children, Brett Booth (Marta) and Erin Booth; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Ashlyn, Lola, Izabella, Jamison, Ann, Lucy, Brooks, and Ireland; brothers and sisters, Greg (Betty Jo) Putra, Paul (Pat) Putra, and Mark (Theresa) Putra; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Gloria and grandson, Frank Anthony Yeo.

Monica worked as a LPN for 31 years at Henry Ford Allegiance Health. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

According to her wishes, cremation has taken place. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Fr. Timothy MacDonald officiating. The Mass will be live streamed on Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church's Facebook Page.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.

Instead of sending flowers, contributions to the Lupus Foundation would be appreciated.
