Gleeson, Michael P.
of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012, surrounded by his loving family, at the age of 54 years. He is survived by his children, one son, Marko C. Gleeson, one daughter, Mariah E. Gleeson; his wife, B. Lynn Gleeson; parents, Susan and Roger Gleeson; three sisters, Cathy (Ray) Reynolds, Joanna Plate, Sarah (Chris) Ermatinger; five brothers, Chris (Lynn) Gleeson, Tim (Deb) Gleeson, Dave (Nancy) Gleeson, Patrick (Judi) Gleeson, Matt (Kathy) Gleeson; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many special friends. He was preceded in death by two children, Michael Christopher and Madeline Marie.
Mike had a long and dedicated career with the Jackson City Police and as a Registered Nurse with Great Lakes Caring of Jackson.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church with Reverend Father Timothy MacDonald as the celebrant. Interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday from 4–8 PM with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Great Lakes Caring of Jackson or Lumen Christi High School Soccer Program would be appreciated.
