SKUTT, MERWIN MATHEWS
Of Jackson passed away at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility on Saturday, December 24, 2011 age 95 years. Survived by his wife of 72 years, Helen. Two daughters; Rosemary (Duane) Sell and Gloria (Frank) Warner Sr. Three grandchildren; Kelli Lewis, Kathleen (Scott) Olds and Frank (Tami) Warner Jr. Six great grandchildren; Craig (Kari) Warner, Ashley Ambs, Dakota and Zachary Miller, Trenton and Sara Olds. Three great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by two granddaughters, Amanda and Suzanne, one brother and one sister . Merwin retired from the Jackson All Star Dairy after a lifetime of service.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church at 1:00 PM with the family receiving friends from 12:30 to 1:00 PM. Father Mathias Thelen will officiate at the Funeral Mass with interment at Roseland Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM with a Vigil Service on Wednesday at 7 PM.
Contributions to Allegiance Hospice or to the Jackson County Medical Care Facility Activity Fund would be appreciated.
