Decker, MaryAnn

of Jackson, went to be with her heavenly father on Wednesday, September 22, 2011 at Allegiance Hospital with her husband, Gerald Lonnie Decker Jr. by her side. She was born on September 1, 1948 to the late Frank and Evelyn Jabkiewicz. She is also preceded in death by her stepson, William Decker. She is survived by her Mother-in-law, Jean Allen of Jackson. Left behind also is her very special Sister, Sandy(Aaron) Sauber of Hanover and their family; Sean (Chrissy) Boland and children, Devin, Dayton and Brenden. Stacy (Jeff) Corry and children, Kailey and Alex. Sister-in-law, Linda (Gary) Reasoner and their family, Brother-in-law, Larry and Lori Decker and their family all of Jackson Mi. Also survived by step-son Larry Dale and Gina Decker of Jackson. MaryAnn had many more special Aunts and Uncles and Cousins and family, too many to mention but that she loved dearly. MaryAnn also is leaving behind very special friends, Connie and Cheryl. MaryAnn graduated from St John's School, and attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. MaryAnn retired from Kmart after 35 years of service and had a love for animals and cared deeply that they were treated with care and love. According to her wishes cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1:00 PM. Father James Shaver will officiate at the service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers contributions to the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
