Died on Sunday, April 7, 2019 at the age of 100 years and 11 months. Survived by three children, Regina Cullen, Ellen (David) McCaig, and Edward M. Cullen, Jr. (Ann O'Connor); two grandchildren, Jessica Luginbuhl (Michael Schwartz) and Sarah (Wesley) Houston; two great grandchildren, Calille Schwartz and Kefira Schwartz; nephew, Peter (Caroline) Schneirla; niece, Dorothy Schneirla Downie (Robert Orrill); and several Cullen nieces and nephews.

Predeceased in death by her husband of 60 years, Edward M. Cullen, and one brother, the Very Rev. William Sutfin Schneirla.

Mrs. Cullen was a graduate of Adrian College, a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority, and earned a Masters Degree in Education from Eastern Michigan University. She taught in the Jackson schools for twenty years. She was a devoted member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. To her husband she was all things. To her children she was a loving mother and "The Pie Queen."

According to her wishes, a graveside service will be held at St. John's Catholic Cemetery on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:30 AM with Fr. Tim Nelson officiating.
