Hager, Mary A.

Daughter of Roger and Jessie Sullivan, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at the age of 90 years under the loving care of her family at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. Mary is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Percy E. Hager; five children, Ken (Pattie) Hager, Sally (Bob) Markiewicz, Maurice "Kip" (Sue) Hager, Larry Hager, Tammy (Bob) Nyssen; 19 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and one great great grandson. Mary was preceded in death by her son, Danny Hager; daughter, Barbara Lowe; grandson, Shawn Vowels; great granddaughter, Alayna Hager; brothers, Roger, Leo, and Dick Sullivan; and sisters, Carol Hudson and Phyllis Cole.

Mary was especially devoted to her family and loved spending time with them. During her younger years she enjoyed doing crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, golfing, and bowling and in her later years she was an avid reader and fan of computer games and jigsaw puzzles.

Per Mary's request, cremation will take place and a private celebration of her life will take place for immediate family. In lieu of a service, Mary's wishes were that everyone would say a prayer in her name. The family would like to thank the staff at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home for the care given in her transition to her heavenly home.
