Shepherd, Markus J.
Of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at a young age of 23. He is survived by his children, Markus Jr. and Briella Shepherd; parents, Louis and Terri Shepherd; girlfriend/mother of his children, Brittany Berry; grandmother, Bonita LaFountain,; aunts, Meridith/Kevin Surbrook and Rebecca Coleman; and cousins, Cody and Ciara Coleman. Markus was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronnie LaFountain.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 pm at Calvary Baptist Church, 3301 Francis St. Jackson, MI 49203 with Pastor Donald Anderson officiating.
The family will receive friends at the Calvary Baptist Church on Saturday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
