Genix (Burkhart), Marilyn J.

Age 90, of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2020. She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years, Samuel Genix; their children, Maria Hines, Larry Ginechese (Julie), Karen Williams, Lonnie Genix (Kathy), Sam Genix (Mary, Tina Ginix, Lisa Conley, Greg Genix, and Mickey Genix; 24 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 13 great great grandchildren; 1 great great great grandchild; and 2 brothers; Robert Burkhart and Richard Burkhart (Barb). She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Hazel Burkhart; 4 sisters; and 3 brothers.

Marilyn was a member of St. Joseph Church Guardian Angel Circle.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with Fr. James Shaver officiating. Interment will follow at Roseland Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
