Barone (Farrell), Marilyn A.
Of Jackson, passed away at Allegiance Health on Sunday, May 2, 2010 at the age of 71 years. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, William A. Barone; two sisters, Barbara Contat of Quincy, Carillon (Robert) Ritz of Adrian and one sister-in-law Judie (Jack) Elder; eight nieces and nephews and 10 great nieces and nephews. She was a Consumers Energy employee for 35 years (1962-1997). She was an avid reader and up to date on current events. She loved her family, friends and life at home.
According to her wishes, Marilyn has been cremated. The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Thursday from 2–4 and 6–8 PM. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Jackson Interfaith Shelter or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
