Murine, Marian Elizabeth

of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the age of 83 years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert G. Murine Jr. She is survived by one son, Timothy (Cheryl) Murine; one daughter, Vicki (Louis) Lupo; five grandchildren, Eric (Kim) Murine, Lauren Murine, Louis III, Lindsey and Layna Lupo; two great grandchildren, Gemma and Ace; two sisters; Kathleen (Frank) Nelson and Betty Sterrett; one brother, Charles (Sharron) Hacker. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Howard Hacker Sr. and one sister, Gloria Hacker. Marian was retired from Consumers Power Company.

Mrs. Murine is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be held on Saturday, November 21 at 12:30 PM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 1:00 PM with Father Chas Canoy as the celebrant with Deacon Mike McCormick. A private interment will take place at St. John's Catholic Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Desnoyer Funeral Home on Friday, November 20 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM with a Vigil Service at 6:00 PM.
