Lougheed, Marian
Of Jackson passed away Friday, March 30, 2012 age 89 years. Survived by five children; Gail Sullivan, Julie Mikelonis, Sharon (Dr. Eric) Marz, Marilyn (Rick) Leitz, Margaret (Jay) Schoenfeld. Eight grandchilren, many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Howard J. and her son Howard A. "Andy" Lougheed.
Marian was born to James and Margaret Knauf in Bunker Hill. She graduated from Leslie High School and Ingham County Normal. Marian was known for the love shown to her children and her children's friends and the happy times at Higgins Lake.
According to her wishes Mrs. Lougheed has been cremated. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 AM at Queen of the Miraculous Medal Catholic Church.
The family will receive friends at Queen's Church on Wednesday from 10:00 to 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers contributions to Lumen Christi High School would be appreciated.
