Of Jackson passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on Saturday, December 17, 2011 age 89 years. Survived by 13 children; Joan (Patrick) Crowley, Patricia (William) Kelly, Maurine (Royal) Lefere, Eunice Cooper, Jane (Jerry) Baglien, Thomas (Jody) McQuillan, Mary (Michael) Tylutki, Ellen (Jeffrey) Schneider, Peggy (Stephen) Utter, Susan (John) Fahey, Lori (Stephen) Bentschneider, Edmund (Becky) McQuillan and Patrick (Meg) McQuillan. 35 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren with 3 more on the way. Two sisters; Jean Blodgett and Gloria Krenkel and her brother Walter (Jackie) Purdy. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and the McQuillan in laws; Jane, Anne, Patrick (Mary Ann). Preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Edmund "Tiny" McQuillan Jr., granddaughter Jennifer Kelly Hagen and her parents, Maurine (Hammond) and Howard Purdy. She was a long time member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.

Mrs. McQuillan is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church at 10:30 AM . Interment St. John's Cemetery. Father James Shaver will officiate at the Funeral Mass.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 8 PM with a Rosary Service at 6:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers contributions to St. John's Parish, Lumen Christi High School or the Juvenile Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
