RENFER, MARGARET
Of Jackson passed away under the loving care of her family and the staff at Odd Fellow & Rebekah Home, Tuesday March 23, 2010 age 94 years. Survived by her son Ted (Patty) Renfer. Daughter Patty Dycus. Four grandchildren; Raymond and Becky Youtsey, David Renfer and Vicki Leaf. Eight great grandchildren; Richard, Rebecca, Ryanne, Brian, Dan, Andy, Alex and Aaron. Several great great grandchildren, step grand and step great grandchildren. Preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. For many years Margaret was a very active volunteer at St. Joseph Home For Children and was a member of St. Joseph Home For Children Woman's Auxiliary. She was formerly the Secretary-Treasurer for Hancock Federal Credit Union and was a member of the Hancock Retirees Club. Margaret is at the Desnoyer Funeral Home where a prayer service will be held Saturday 9:30 AM followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 10:00 AM. The Rev. Robert Pienta officiating. Private Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers contributions to the St. Vincent dePaul Food Pantry of your choice would be appreciated.
The family will receive friends a the funeral home Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM. Vigil Service Friday 6 PM.
